Wow! This is such a handy place to stay and typical Premier Inn standards. We stayed on Broadway and I was worried that, with our room facing Broadway, that we'd hear the noise from the street...but nothing. Super soundproofed, super comfy beds, clean bathroom...loads of teas and coffees and a great deal on with Block and Burger beneath.... Breakfast was a fill your boots affair...and with veggie options too. The staff were super helpful when our remote control to the tv didn't work, and found us one that did. Loved it and can't wait to go back.
Had a wonderful experience in Premier inn broadway. Wonderful staff especially Ezekiel, James and Lorena. Rooms were very clean and service was done on timely manner and everything was neat and tidy. Many lovely places around to shop Sandsbury Morrisons Tesco express Gail, Bombay delight, Rosas Thai to relish yummy delicacies.
Our tour group just stayed at this hotel for a night.The ladies at the reception were very nice and kind. The hotel has a nice restaurant on the ground floor. Thank you Lorena!

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. What truly made our experience stand out was the amazing staff, especially Alex. She went out of her way multiple times to assist us, ensuring we had everything we needed and making us feel truly welcomed. Her kindness and professionalism were exceptional. Overall, a great stay with excellent service. We’ll definitely be returning! Highly recommend.
Overall very nice hotel. The shower is a bit weird because the water doesnt gow down that fast but it didnt bother me. Staff outstanding and lorena did a very nice and good job would come back in this hotel.
A great premierrr inn, a stable hotel with high cleanliness and attentive staff. The location is great, 10 minute walk from the train station, close the supermarkets (Sainsbury’s across the road). There is a gym opposite the road (The Gym). Very close to many bars, and restaurants with a theatre just two minute walk away. Attached is a steakhouse, brilliant menu and great food. Price is very reasonable for the quality of the food you receive.
My room was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower was ace and there is no bath which works for me. Miles better than the rooms in St. George's Hospital.
